Member Agreement
Owned and Operated by Certified Reporters, LLC (Idaho)

This Member Agreement governs your participation in Social.CourtReports.com, the professional networking platform within the CourtReports ecosystem.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be legally bound by this Member Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
1. Nature of Membership
Social.CourtReports.com is a private, paid professional networking platform that provides tools for:
- Professional identity
- Discovery
- Communication
- Relationship-building
Membership grants you access to the Platform's features and community.
Membership does not provide:
- Work
- Clients
- Referrals
- Contracts
- Guaranteed visibility
- Any professional services
2. Platform Role
You acknowledge and agree that Certified Reporters, LLC operates the Platform solely as a passive technology provider.
We are not:
- A marketplace
- A broker
- A court reporting firm
- A law firm
- An employer
- A financial intermediary
All professional relationships, services, agreements, and payments occur entirely outside the Platform and are solely between the parties involved.
3. Professional Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your profile
- Your representations
- Your communications
- Your services
- Your compliance with all laws and licensing requirements
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Misrepresent credentials
- Solicit or transmit confidential case data
- Engage in unlawful or unethical conduct
4. Membership Fees
Membership is offered on a paid basis and is billed annually unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed by Stripe.
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
We may change pricing or plans at any time.
5. Required Legal Agreements
Your use of the Platform is governed by:

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and agree that:
